Ralph Ciambrone, Jr. , CPA
Mr. Ciambrone has been a speaker and instructor for the Monmouth/ Ocean County Chapter of CPA's on the topics of Weaknesses in Financial Statements and Analytical Review Procedures. He has spoken before various local bank lenders on How to Read a Financial Statement and Common Financial Statement Disclosure Weakness. He has spoken at the Wall Township Chamber of Commerce seminars and to their committee of physicians on tax strategies.
He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Public Accountants, and has held positions on the Wall Chamber of Commerce, Manasquan High School Business/Industry Advisory Council, North Jersey Shore Chapter of the institute of Management Accountants, and past chairperson of Monmouth/Ocean Chapter New Jersey Society of CPA Members in industry Committee. He is a Registered investment Advisor and holds a Series 7 and 66 Securities License. He has served on many technical committees, and has participated in civic functions with these organizations. Ralph resides in Wall with his wife Kathleen and their three children.
